A Corner on the Limbo Market by Linman

Title: A Corner on the Limbo Market
Author: [archiveofourown.org profile] linman
Characters: Neal Caffrey, Peter Burke
Pairing: Gen
Spoilers: for the S1 finale & S2 premiere
Summary: There were three freshly-painted blank walls in Neal’s new prison cell that were just crying out to be drawn on, and Neal had come by a bit of pencil his first day back. But four days had passed and he still hadn’t figured out what to draw.

Why Rec'd? This is an excellent bridging story between the end of season one and the beginning of season two. It's heartwrenching and honest, and feels like it could fit right into canon.

I Was Only Borrowing Time (I Was Going To Put It Back) by Sam Storyteller

Title: I Was Only Borrowing Time (I Was Going To Put It Back)
Author: [personal profile] sam-storyteller a.k.a. [livejournal.com profile] copperbadge
Characters: Neal Caffrey, Peter Burke, various Doctor Who characters
Pairing: Gen
Spoilers: none really for WC, but spoilers for Doctor Who (new series) seasons 1-5
Summary: They haven't exactly met in linear order, Neal and the Doctor, but sometimes that makes for the best kind of friendship.

Why Rec'd? A delightful series of vignettes in which Neal, different incarnations of the Doctor and different Companions meet at various points in their timelines. Fast-paced and funny and just plain adorable.

Mods, may I have a "genre:crossover" tag? :)
