Quiver II: Redefined by Coffeethyme4me
Title: Quiver II: Redefined
Author:
coffeethyme4me
Spoilers: None
Characters: Peter Burke, Neal Caffrey, Elizabeth Burke
Pairings: Peter/El/Neal, Peter/Neal, El/Neal, Peter/El
Warning: Mild jealousy/threesome complications/uneven feelings, pain kink, hurt/comfort, shades of fuck-or-die/”healing cock”
Summary: Sequel to Quiver, in which Neal has mysteriously been given wings and develops an insatiable need for Peter. In this sequel, Elizabeth deals with Neal’s hunger while Peter is away, and discovers something terrible, something wonderful. Something that will change all of their lives.
Why rec'd? Because it is brilliant. It captures the intense need of Neal, Elizabeth’s own emotional and intellectual intelligence, the developing dynamics of a polyamorous relationship and its consequences. It makes the magic “real” without making it mundane, and conversely, it makes the real world a magical place, too. The prose is gorgeous – almost lyrical.
It’s also smokin’ hot, too.

One small thing: Peter/Neal isn't one of the tags, and they do get that one-on-one time. ;-)
Again, thank you for this. Seeing it stole my breath for a moment.

And you didn't have a summary - but feel free to use this one.
Fixed to add the missing tag.
