Why rec'd? The author has created such an intriguing, interesting world that pulls you in and is so enjoyable that you want it to keep going. Wonderful, witty dialogue and banter and some very sweet Peter, Elizabeth and Neal moments.  The author captures them perfectly.  I also love that it is basically a story about their growing relationship/friendship and how much they all care about each other.  Basically the show but with some added powers.  :)

Summary:  A story of missed connections, in which Peter doesn't know what to say, Neal doesn't seem to want to hear it, and Elizabethan translation proves vital.

Why rec'd?  The author takes something that doesn't seem like it should work and not only makes it believable but uses canon elements and dynamics to blend it perfectly with the show.  The characterizations are spot on.  It is funny, touching and features Awesome!Elizabeth too.
