Why rec'd? This is an intensely satisfying coda to "Point Blank," delivering all the emotional resolution that was missing from the episode itself. The interplay between Neal and Peter is tense and very well done.

Why rec'd? The writer brilliantly uses the rare POV of Lauren Cruz here to give us a glimpse of Peter and Neal's dynamic. Not particularly sympathetic in the show itself, she stays in character in the fic yet still steers us towards a great moment of comfort towards the end. The writer utilizes an interesting flashback back, flash forward storytelling that keeps the reader interested all the way through.
